Inside its compact, heavy-duty shell, a 360-degree layer of heat-resistant silicone foam provides complete vibration damping and superior thermal stability. The pack has passed both UN38.3 vibration testing and IPX7 waterproof certification, guaranteeing dependable performance in all environments. Beneath the silicone, fire-resistant fish-paper insulation separates signal and balance wiring from heat and abrasion, while each Samsung cell is securely aligned in precision cell holders for optimal airflow, cooling, and structural strength.
At the core, silver-plated copper busbars deliver ultra-low resistance for fast, efficient power transfer, reducing heat loss and achieving up to 95% electrical efficiency. Laser-welded connections ensure stable conductivity and long-term reliability. The smart 50A BMS continuously monitors performance, balancing cells, regulating temperature, and protecting against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, and short-circuit conditions.
