Any attempt to open, disassemble, modify, repair, or tamper with any product or component supplied by Amp E-Bikes Pty Ltd — including but not limited to motors, batteries, controllers, wiring, BMS systems, or internal electronics — without prior written authorisation from Amp E-Bikes Pty Ltd will result in the immediate and permanent voiding of all warranty.

- Third-party repairs or modifications
- DIY troubleshooting or “inspection” involving internal components
Once unauthorised tampering has occurred, Amp E-Bikes Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for faults, failures, damage, safety risks, or resulting losses.
