Warranty & Returns Terms

Amp E-Bikes Pty Ltd stands behind the quality of its products and components. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults only. Each claim is assessed individually, and warranty approval, repair, replacement, or resolution timeframes are at the sole discretion of Amp E-Bikes Pty Ltd.

Warranty Coverage

  • Coverage applies exclusively to confirmed manufacturing or assembly defects.
  • All assessments, outcomes, and timelines are determined by Amp E-Bikes Pty Ltd or its authorised manufacturing partners.
  • Warranty support may include repair, replacement, or supply of parts only.
  • Products purchased before 8 November 2025 are not covered under this warranty policy. All purchases made on or after this date fall under these updated conditions.

Warranty Does Not Cover

Claims will be refused if damage or failure results from:

  • Incorrect installation, wiring, or modification
  • Use by unqualified or underage operators
  • Water ingress/corrosion or exposure to excessive moisture
  • Physical damage, impact, or overheating
  • Improper storage, charging, or maintenance
  • Use of incompatible parts, accessories, or non-approved chargers
  • Normal wear and tear, abuse, neglect, or accident
  • Commercial, competition, or public-road use

Amp E-Bikes Pty Ltd reserves the right to decline any claim where misuse, negligence, or alteration is evident.

Important Notes

  • All products are built by independent private manufacturers; warranty claims are processed through these manufacturers, with support from Amp E-Bikes Pty Ltd.
  • Timeframes for assessment or resolution are not fixed and may vary.
  • Proof of purchase, photos, and a clear description of the fault are required for any claim.
  • We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or buyer error.
  • Compatibility, sizing, and fitment are the customer’s responsibility before purchase.
  • To the extent permitted by law, these terms apply in addition to your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a genuine manufacturing defect:

  1. Email: sales@ampebikes.com.au, or
  2. Online: submit via our Warranty Claims form at ampebikes.com.au/warranty-claims. Include your order number, a detailed description of the fault, and clear photos/video. We’ll review and reply with next steps or return instructions.
