If you're looking for a beast of a hub motor, the 5000W is for you. This heavy-duty motor is able to peak at over 120A / 9500W, like nothing else you can find on the market. The 5000W is for you. Our engineers have spent countless hours refining these kits, resulting in impressive results.
At its core, the 5000W motor is bonded with one-piece N42SH magnets on the rotor. This produces stronger magnetic flux (ALT), improving efficiency, reducing energy loss under heavy load, and resulting in higher torque. Combined with LPHY Enamelled Copper windings, the system provides superior conductivity and lower resistance for more power and range on every ride.
The redesigned stator is wider, allowing for larger bearings with dust covers. The kit passes IPX6 waterproof standards, ensuring the lifespan of your kit. The axle has also been refined — the new shape makes it stiffer and more securely attached to the stator. With such tight tolerances and precise engineering, the rotor and stator move in perfect alignment, allowing the motor to spin freely and efficiently.
We’ve also made improvements to the wiring after receiving customer feedback. The phase wires now use XT150 connectors, replacing the old junction box. This provides more secure and water-resistant connections. A 80A smart controller with a custom AMP tune further refines throttle response and power efficiency, reaching top speeds of 90–100 km/h when paired with our 72V batteries.
