Our 1500W kit is one of our most admired builds, striking the perfect balance between power, efficiency, and lightweight design. Our engineers have invested countless hours refining every detail, achieving a level of strength, responsiveness, and durability that stands out in its class.
At its core, the 1500W motor is bonded with one-piece N38H magnets on the rotor. This produces stronger magnetic flux (ALT), improving efficiency, reducing energy loss under heavy load, and resulting in higher torque. Combined with LPHY Enamelled Copper windings, the system provides superior conductivity and lower resistance for more power and range on every ride.
The redesigned stator is wider, allowing for larger bearings with dust covers. The kit passes IPX6 waterproof standards, ensuring the lifespan of your kit. The axle has also been refined — the new shape makes it stiffer and more securely attached to the stator. With such tight tolerances and precise engineering, the rotor and stator move in perfect alignment, allowing the motor to spin freely and efficiently.
We’ve also made improvements to the wiring after receiving customer feedback. The phase wires now use MT60 connectors, replacing the old junction box. This provides more secure and water-resistant connections. A 35A smart controller with a custom AMP tune further refines throttle response and power efficiency, reaching top speeds of 50–55 km/h when paired with our 48V/52V batteries.
