Its rugged design includes a 0.3 mm silver-plated copper busbar system that maintains ultra-low resistance and an efficiency rating of up to 90%.
Each cell is supported by cell holders, keeping correct spacing for optimal airflow and correct cooling. The pack’s black outer PVC layer is a more heavy-duty heat-shrink tube, offering increased abrasion resistance and protection from moisture and impact. These building techniques pass UN38.3 vibration and IPX6 waterproof testing to confirm performance in harsh environments.
The smart 85 A BMS provides active precision cell balancing and continuous monitoring of voltage, current, and temperature. It includes protection against over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, and short-circuit conditions, with automatic cut-off in unsafe states. Dual temperature sensors manage thermal behaviour in real time to maintain consistency across charge cycles.
Charging is handled by an included 5 A smart charger designed to balance speed with cell longevity. A durable mesh bag is supplied for secure installation and a clean look.
On a full charge, the 72 V 30 Ah battery provides an approximate range of 75–85 km, depending on terrain, motor load, and riding conditions.
